PDA Management Algorithm

Purpose:

An algorithm attempting to promote standardization and appropriate screening for hemodynamically significant PDA, as well as a standardized approach to treatment.

Neonatal clinical guidelines, protocols, pathways, and algorithms for cardiovascular care.

The algorithm was developed with evidence-based principles, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and individualized and family-centered approaches to caring for the neonate.

Population:

Infants <28wks EGA
