Founders

Scott Snyder, MD is the CEO and Co-Founder of Neonatology Solutions.

Scott Snyder, MD, FAAP

Scott has served as the System Medical Director for St. Luke’s Neonatology, covering the 4 NICUs across St. Luke’s Health System, since 2007.

As a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, he has served in various leadership positions within the AAP. He has taught several workshops and career panels to assist fellows and other neonatologists with their career searches, and this experience ultimately led to the establishment of Neonatology Solutions, LLC.

His other passions include clinical standardization within the NICU to reduce irrational variation and to simplify the lives of busy NICU providers and staff.

Believing that parents are the most important part of the Neonatal Care Team, Scott also strives to provide ways to make the NICU journey more understandable and less stressful for families.

Celinda Snyder, MSN, MBA

Celinda began her nursing career at the University of Texas at Austin and spent time as a pediatric nurse and procedural conscious sedation nurse at the Children’s Hospital of New Mexico prior to leaving the bedside.

After moving to Idaho she worked as a Performance Improvement Specialist and Director of Nursing Services while simultaneously pursuing both her Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing.

In 2009, she joined the emerging startup company Whitecloud Analytics, focused on healthcare analytics and clinical process improvement, where she served as Vice President of Client Engagements. Following a successful acquisition and exit of the company in 2017, Celinda continued for 2 years with Relias, Inc., prior to departing in order to co-found Neonatology Solutions, LLC.
