NAS Pharmacologic Treatment Weaning

Purpose:

A guideline to establish a standardized weaning approach for infants with NAS who have required pharmacologic treatment with morphine, phenobarbital, or clonidine. 

Neonatal clinical guidelines, protocols, pathways, and algorithms for neurovascular care.

The guideine  was developed with evidence-based principles, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and individualized and family-centered approaches to caring for the neonate.

Population:

Infants with NAS who are on pharmacologic treatment. 

Purpose:
