Purpose:
Provides definitions and thresholds for hypertension based on post conceptual age, as well as possible etiologies and standards for measurement. A strategy for the clinical workup for neonatal hypertension is provided.
Population:
Neonates with systolic, diastolic, and/or mean blood pressure > 95th percentile for PCA.
