Inpatient Osteopenia Monitoring

Purpose:

An algorithm to screen for and track osteopenia in premature and other high-risk infants in the NICU.  

The criteria was developed with evidence-based principles, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and an individualized approach to caring for the neonate.
