    Empiric Antibiotic Algorithm for EOS/LOS

    Purpose:

    A multi-step algorithm to guide the use of antibiotics to treat early- or late-onset sepsis in the neonate. 

    The algorithm was developed with evidence-based principles, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and an individualized approach to caring for the neonate.

    Population:  neonates
